I dont workout ever and i eat very bad junkfood, like 2 entire little ceaser $5 pizzas for dinner and a 2 liter of pepsi a day and i dont gain weight and i stay at a steady 225 lbs an i seem to gain muscle without physically doing anythong and i can bench press like 230 lbs and im 14, i am really confused at how this is possibleI dont work out but i seem to gain muscle?
It's most likely puberty.
