did i eat well?
Breakfast- 1 pear%26amp; banana- 200 cals
mid-morning snack- 6 crackers- 80 cals
Lunch- 1 pita, lettus, thin slices of cheese, a little ceaser, and a little chicken-220 cals
veg and homemade dip- 50 cals
After school snack- 1 apple- 90 cals
Dinner- 1 cup corn, lettus, and a touch of chicken- 230 cals
Total: around 900
ecercise- 30 minute run on teadmile.

you did fine but i hope that your are taking some kind of supplement because your cutting calories meaning your going to lose muscle mass not fat if you are just trying to lose fat go to hcg if you don know what hcg is check out my blog http://startinghcg.blogspot.com/ ps (before you idiots flag this you should notice this isnt an affiliate link selling your bs shame on you for trying to take advantage of these people.) pps YOU CAN LOSE A POUND A DAY but it takes a while to get hcg and also you should consult a physician because there are certain types of people who shouldnt take hcgMy diet today.... help please?
I think you did pretty well.
You could even give yourself a little more leeway on the calories based on your age/weight/gender.
