I hate my job? =(?

I just got a job at little ceasers.

i got it to work with my friends but the lame asses chose to take a break for AP testing (lame right! haha not really)



ANYWHO

My manager i hate him but people say all the time how they hate working with their managers.



but yea i hate it i mean im new so i dont really know much about the place yet.

cept im REALLY short and its really hard to do sheet outs when ur short cause u cant reach the top of the machine %26gt;_%26gt; but my manager told me to "strech" -_-



idk what to do cause i really need the job i was told it will get better the first 2 weeks is always the hardest. =(I hate my job? =(?
Stick with it for a little longer. If you still hate it in a couple weeks, talk to the manager, tell them what the troubles are.



Saying you are too short is really no excuse...I have had many people with physical restrictions work for me...one with only 1 leg, one was deaf, one was a dwarf, one was almost 7 feet tall....and they all did the same jobs as everyone else without complaints. They found ways to work things out...



Oh, and next time you want to get a job, get one for yourself, not because all your friends are there...that can often lead to trouble anyway! You can find one you want because it is something you like, not just because everyone else is there!I hate my job? =(?

Over the years I've had jobs I hated the way I would make it through the day was think of something I really wanted or needed money for. then I'd just dream of what I'd be able to buy when I got my check. As you venture through life you are going to find many thaing that you will not love to do. But in order to care for yourself you will have to do many of them. I don't like to wash dishes. But when there are dirty dishes to wash I hurry and get that job over with so I can move on to something I really enjoy. Same way with jobs you don't like. While working to make money do the best job you can but on your time off go looking for the job that you will enjoy. when you get it give your present boss a notice and move on. But be sure and give a proper notice if you don't it will hurt you in your job ventures. Good Luck.
