What should I do about this guy?

I am pretty much in LOVE with him, (I know this sounds stupid and really low, but I've taken quiz's. Yes I know those are almost never accurate, but even my friends know I never stop thinking about him{Not in the creepy stalker way, but cute, "I like you" way}) So, I'm 13 1/2, hes only like a month younger, his name is Jose, and he is my DREAM guy. He has wavy/curly brown hair, green/brown eyes, and a BEAUTIFUL smile. And sad to say, I'm not the prettiest flower in the bunch. I have braces, glasses, acne, and I am what most people would call a nerd.

The problem is, he's sending me mixed signals. One day, hes laughing at my jokes, saying he wishes he has my hair and eyes, and making me laugh, and the next, I say hi and he ignores me.

But today, was AWESOME! I had Science Olympiad after school, from 5:00pm to 10:30pm. At 5:00, we all went to Burger King and Little Ceasers to get Pizza. I got a free balloon, and used some of the helium to make my voice sound weird. Then here comes Jose, asking for my balloon. Just to keep him from begging, I gave it to him, he took some of the helium, and talked. I swear, I had never laughed so much in my life. I let him keep the rest of the balloon, then invited him to come with us on the way back to Little Ceasers to get more balloons(it took all my courage to talk to him) and he said yes. So we all got balloons, even his brother, Marco. We were talking in our high pitched voices and laughing the whole way back to school, and then we had to study. Then, during our break, I was hiding with Jose, Marco, and Alex, in the Science room from Kent because we were playing tag, and when I bumped into Jose, our lips were like 1 1/2 inch away from touching! I'm pretty tight with his friends, we mess around and nicely tease each other a lot.

Does he like me or not, and if he does what should I do?

I've like him for 3 years, and as many times as I try to not like him, his name has etched a way into my heart. Help?What should I do about this guy?
Hey felicity it's ur cuz!!!!! dude you should keep it low incase he has a profile on here and reads it...just saying. And if you guys almost basically kiss.. just grab the dam guy and ask him out!!! For God's sake woman have some pride! Maybe tommoro I'll give you some tips even though I suck. Oh I know... we can ask my brother Patrick! He's always great for advice! And the same thing happened to me with Kevin. The guy gave me mixed signals too but turned out to be a douche as well.
