I got food poisoning from Little Ceaser's Pizza on September 18th should I eat at that restaurant again?

On September 18, 2009, I went to Little Caesars Pizza with my youngest daughter's family, We ordered pepperoni pizza, cheesebread, and hot chicken wings. we were given crazy bread for free because we had to wait for 10 minutes after we ordered. after eating the food. both myself and my 5 month pregnant daughter (who is 22) got food poisoning (while my wife and my daughter's husband didn't get any signs of food poisoning).





My daughter and I both threw up and had diarrhea. (I apologize for being descriptive but I want everyone to know what we went through so they don't have to) Today, I went back to Little Caesars to complain about the quality of the product. the manager that I spoke to refused to give me my money back when I asked to. he said it wasn't their policy. he said the only thing he would do was take my number and name. the man then told me if I didn't leave he would call the police on me. I left my name and number and left. Should I eat at that Little Ceaser's again after what happened with my daughter and I getting food poisoning from their food.I got food poisoning from Little Ceaser's Pizza on September 18th should I eat at that restaurant again?
I have been trained in these matters and while they are not required to give you your money back they should of been more understanding. your daughter was pregnant. Food poisoning could have done a lot of damage to her and her child. any cases of food poisoning should be reported to your cities health inspectors. they will do a random check. the manager of that place should have treated you much better when you came to him about this. If you wanted to you could even bring this story to the news. That manager should be fired for treating you like that, like i said it might not be there policy but they still should have never threatened to call the cops on you guys.....

I was a manager for Little Ceasars in 2006 and I could tell you, yes, it could happen, and NO it is NOT the way of LC to not give the money back!! That was wrong of the manager to do that to you. I would call corporate and get that manager in trouble!!!

find another pizza place.once i get sick somewhere i don't go back.you have too many choices for pizza to try that place again.i remember in the 60s in Michigan,little ceasers was shut down for a while over a red worm scare.i doubt if eny one remembers that,but i do.I got food poisoning from Little Ceaser's Pizza on September 18th should I eat at that restaurant again?
I definitely would not eat at that place again.This restaurant needs to take your complaint seriously! I would call the Health Dept and report it. Im sure the restaurant will change its tune if you told them that! How do you know other customers haven't had the same problem?
