Long long ago I worked in a little Ceasers pizza place. They had a great knife we used to do sandwiches + 1 inch adjustable guard. It allowed you to cut salads into nice even 1 inch sizes.
Did a ton of searches and could not see it. Was about an 8 inch blade, with a 2 inch black handle Had an attachment that screwed the guard into place. The guard could be removed for cleaning.
BestDoes anyone know of a salad knife with a size guard?

I think the Avon Lady had a lighter one like that in her book some time ago.
