Attention Kmart Customers what kind of job performance rating would give for Little Ceasers pizza restaurant?

How good of a job are they doing keeping their dept clean and good customer service with fresh food an do they keep the pizza warm enough?So what kind of a rating would you give them 1)a great rating 2)an ok rating 3)a fair rating 4)a poor rating?Just a curious question on how well they are doing.Attention Kmart Customers what kind of job performance rating would give for Little Ceasers pizza restaurant?
The one near my place would get a 3 rating, primarily because every time I go in there to get a "Hot and Ready" pizza I have to wait. They never anticipate the dinner rush, so I can never just go in and pick one up. The customer service is hit-or-miss there too -- some days you get prompt, friendly, courteous service, and on other days it seems that the staff can't be bothered to help you. No complaints about the food itself, and they seem to go a pretty good job of keeping the place clean. Maybe I'm old school, but many years ago when I worked fast food we made sure we were ready for the lunch or dinner rush and customer service was Job One.Attention Kmart Customers what kind of job performance rating would give for Little Ceasers pizza restaurant?
I don't go to Little Ceaser's that much anymore because there isn't really one where I live anymore. I have to go at least two towns over to get to one.



The last one that I did go into though was inside Kmart. I would have to say I would give them a 2.



The place was clean and the people were friendly. The wait time wasn't that quick but then again what can you do. With as many shoppers as Kmart has, you know Little Ceaser's at least gets a percentage of that.



Same with the Subway that is inside the Walmart where I work. They get some of our Walmart traffic.

At the store at rochester michigan I would give it a 1. Everything is always fresh and ready. Friendly service.

It's a "Little Caesars" mini pizza-stand.



It is what it is. Nothing special, acceptable fast food.
Well, in my city they have always the pizzas ready and their stations are always clean so i would give them a 2 rating
Our Kmart Little Ceasers is ok.....I think it was better though when it was not in the Kmart's.
4) a poor rating. I had to wait quite a while for the gal to get behind the counter. I have no idea where she was. Then the soft pretzel was not very good, especially for the high price. I probably will not go there again.
