i just wanted to know if this meal could be more than 1200 kcals?
1. i had a salad (lettuce, tomato, shrimps and bread sticks-i didnt it the bread at all though) with a dressing which was mustard but it tasted rather creamy(a lot like ceaser salad)
2. i had halibut fish(it was a pretty little peace and it was baked) with a bit of yellow sauce - it was creamy but didnt feel heavy and some backed vegetables

No, not at all. At the most it may be around 800, but that's is the maximum. Sauces are always scarry though, because you never know what they are!Could this meal be...? please help?

ummm i think that you don't have to worry that the meal was over 1200 because that sounds really healthy so it's not like that was too much, it was probably like 500 or so caloriesCould this meal be...? please help?
okay, so a plain salad with lettuce and tomato, with say, one medium shrimps worth of shrimp is about 60 calories
and caesar salad dressing, for about half a tablespoons worth, is about 60 calories
fish is around 100 calories
baked vegies? around 350 calories for a small ish portion of potato, sweet potato and pumpkin
so that all adds up to around 570 calories?
