You can never go wrong with freshly prepared food. You could have a baked chicken breast/broiled steak/baked fish with steamed vegetables and some fresh fruit for desert.

Olive oil and balsamic vinegar or fresh lemon juice are healthier on your salads than commercial salad dressings. Read labels. If you can't pronounce it, don't eat it... you get what I mean?

The "yellow part" of an egg is called the yolk. It's okay to eat it...Did i eat unhealthy today?
no, i dont suppose you ate anything horrible today. You could probably eat a light soup with crackers for dinner so it wont be too harsh on your stomach toward the evening. Theres a book called the woman's body bible that has tips on how to lose weight, get a bigger butt, and firmer breasts, etc. you can check it out.

I had a load of unwanted fat in all the embarrassing areas until I tried out colon cleanse, I appreciate they say that pills won't work, however they certainly worked for me, and they have been featured on CBS News too. There's a free trial happening currently at http://winaps.yoursexydiet.info , give it a try, how worse could it make things?Did i eat unhealthy today?
