Today I feel sort of like I over ate... I'm trying not to I have a few pounds (20) to get down to 108 pounds like I used to be... Please no mean remarks saying your fine and such but I really want to know if this is a lot of food for the path i'm trying to take to reach my goal.. Thank you!
1. long grain rice 2 cups
2. 1 serving of soy flavored 150 cals
3. protien shake
4. ceaser salad w leamon instead of ceaser dressing
5. slice of banana protien bread homemade
6. asparagus
7.bowl of cereal
It just feels like a lot but idk if it is... I also ran 2 miles and did 50 mins of weight training slow circuit exercising( because it's a class it takes a little longer because i'm working with 3 other people).Please please help me out with this :)?
For a whole day that calorie intake is quite modest and not fattening at all. If that is your typical daily diet you should lose your 20 lbs at the rate of 2 lbs a week or even a bit faster.
That package is also a very healthy package.Please please help me out with this :)?
If you feel like your overate, then your probably did....only YOU know if you truly did. For losing weight, it looks as if you are eating healthy and exercising, that's good. The key to losing weight is to burn more calories than you are taking in.Please please help me out with this :)?
hey im profesional bodybuilder and mma fighter im 19 yearls old, what i would reccomend you eating small amounts of food each time and having like 4-5 meals a day. around
and if this is what you eat for all day i think its crazy my cat eats more , looks less than 1000 calories
i would reccomend you try this my #1 diet plan when loosing fat before summer to look more sexy :)
breakfast
Tuna sandwich(no mayo)add veggies to it , apple , buy oat meal in packages , pour 1 package in blender add milk and then drink it after u mix it.
then after like 3 hours have a small snack again like peanut butter sandwich +fruits
when it comes to lunch time never get your stomeck full eat something like boiled rice and oven cooked chicken breast. + veggies.
and then after like 4 hours have a turkey sandwich with veggies + fruits
Warning - dont try to loose weight fast i have friend that have skin hanging after loosing over 30 pounds in couple months he looks sick ...

Doesn't seem like much food to me, be careful you aren't under eating. Just because you are trying to lose weight doesn't mean you have to starve yourself. The key to losing weight is exercise not starving. It's very unhealthy to loose much more than 2 pounds a week. It may not seem to be much but that's 24 pounds in 12 weeks. Remember also that the weight you've gained could be because you've grown. If you eat healthy and exercise regularly then you should start to loose weight. Stay healthy and good luck!
01. rice doesn't get people fat, so thats okay but try just to eat a less amount so you take less calories on just that
02. soy it's fine, but if you can find it low fat or fat free its even better
03. protein shake (as long as it does not have crazy high amounts of sugar, should be okay)
04. salad it's fine but be easy with the lemon.
05. banana protein bread (as long as its just a tiny piece, it should be okay)
06. aspargus are fine (6 to 7 stems of aspargus seems ok)
07. cereal (as long as it has no sugar its fine)
you should also eat fruit daily at least 3 to 4 pieces daily, drink lots of water to keep hidrated as well..
THIS IS NOT A MEAL PLAN THAT IM TELLING YOU TO FOLLOW, IT'S JUST MY OPINION ON WHAT YOU ARE CURRENTLY EATING RIGHT NOW. BE REALLY CAREFUL WITH THE DIET AND GOOD LUCK ;)
