Ok im on a diet and i think im eating too much.
Yesterday this is what i ate(think i had waay too much)
first i had an hour and 10 minutes basketball game for exercise.next i had a fruit plate which had 2 banannas, 1 apple and 68 slices of watermelon. next i had a ceaser sallad from a pizza place. neeext i had a japaneese food plate of chicken teriyaki and a plate of fried rice..and latly i had a little carrot and ranch dressing packet wwith a water bottle. i think i over did myselfIs this good for my diet?
You just ate three days food in one. Congratulations! Actually the chicken teriyaki and fried rice was not good. Tomorrow is another day! Hope the watermelon was small slices! :)Is this good for my diet?
yup,, you eat crap..wheres your carbs at breakfast and ceasar salad is crap you shouldnt even be looking at it,the dressing is loaded with fat and calories.., that goes for jap food as well.. ranch dressing is loaded with calories too... this is NOT a DIET..
