For lunch, I'm thinking of having a chicken ceaser wrap. I don't know if it's healthy though. It has the tortilla wrap (the color is orange, I don't know what that one is called), it has grilled chicken in it, lettuce, and a little bit of cheese. I would also have a fruit cup with it, should I not have the fruit cup? Or is this all a god lunch?Is this a good lunch for a diet?
ask for no cheese and YES keep the fruit cup!,lol.
