KFC...it always makes me sick..and to those of you who think it is the fast food places that cause obesity you are way off...it is caused by people with no self control who would rather shove a 1500 calorie burger down their throat than to take the time to cook a decent meal at home. No one forces you to go out to eat. No one forces you to buy the triple with cheese and bacon. No one forces you to get the large coke or in most cases a diet coke because the diet coke makes up for the other 2000 calories you just scarfed down. Stop your whining and take some responsibility for yourselves. I work in fast food and I actually lost weight since I started their because I don't eat it very often. I prefer to cook something good at home and enjoy the flavors of real food. If you are overweight then put down the sack of fast food and walk your chunky butt into the kitchen and make a salad. You know the green leafy stuff in the bottom of your fridge!!
