my little new puppy keeps try to ******* bite me and hurting/scratching me he always whines when i put him outside cause he wants to come back in and he wont sleep! he hasnt slept in a hour he usally would have slept by now! can someone help me or elese iam calling that ******* ceaser milan dog wisper guy!WHY IS MY DOG PISSING ME OFF!?
it alsso depends on what kinda dog it is. i used to have a miniature pintcher %26amp; she was hell. she wwould do exactly what your dog does. i also heard that jack russel terriors are like that. its something about their persona. they're just extremely hyper. look up more info about the dog you got.

There should be more regulation in who is allowed to have pets.WHY IS MY DOG PISSING ME OFF!?
Give your puppy back to whoever gave it to you. You're not suited to raising a dog if you think that what a puppy does naturally is meant to annoy you.
It is only a puppy and it wants some attention and play time with you. He whines cause he is lonely. You have to take time out of your schedule to spend time with your puppy. It's not an item you can just throw in the corner and it take care of itself. If you don't wish to take responsibility as a caring owner to play with the animal then get another puppy so it can have a playmate or just give the dog up.

Return the puppy to the back yard breeder or pet store you got it from.

You don't have the level of commitment, common sense or patience to do right by a puppy.
Have your parents return the dog to the reputable breeder that they purchased the dog from.
He is playing with you. This is how he would play with siblings. Try kennel training him.



Get a cage like kennel (not the all enclosing one you would use to fly with) and place it some place you can't hear it. It will get used to the idea when it is in the kennel it is time to sleep.

Buy a book on how to teach it to calm down, I don't know?

This is common sense.
You've got to show that puppy who is the boss. Lay him on his side, feet away from you. Kneel by his head and talk to him in a calm but firm voice and tell him you are the boss, he will do as you say, etc. do this several times a day for a couple of weeks, also make sure you praise him when he's doing right.Also, go outside with him and praise him when he "does his job". Puppies are a lot of work at first, but training pays off in the long run.
He's a puppy. That is what they do. Take him back or give him to an adult who is has the maturity level to care for him.
