Is this diet good for a active teenage girl.?

so i am trying to eat moslty organic food and about 5-6 small meals a day but eat whenever i am hungry but just make sure its healthy.and i do 75min cardio sessions 5x a week.



Breakfast-Oats with 1 Teaspoon golden syrup.(220cals)

-150g no fat yoghurt (89cals)



Morning tea

-40g chips(80cals)

-Coffee(50cals)



Lunch

Chicken ceaser salad(230cals)

Apple(86cals)



Snack



Orange(65cals)

cup of diced watermelon (32cals)



Dinner



250g Baked potato and cheese (220cals)

big serve of veggies(100cals)



and im 5'6 and 114lbs at 17 years old,im mainly looking to lose weight during the week maybe 1-2lbs so on the weekend i can indulge a little bit so really im just aiming to maintain my weight.



So does everyone think this diet sounds okay? and am i getting enough nutrition?Is this diet good for a active teenage girl.?
Not enough calories, not enough protein, not enough dairy. You are underweight and need to gain about 10 lbs. Add at least one more serving of protein and two more servings of milk or milk products. That should also add 300 to 400 calories.
