Which one is healthier to eat for dinner?

A. A Roly Poly sandwich.... chicken ceaser... no swiss cheese, replaced with 40 cal bread and wiped down mayo, grilled chicken, lettuce,avocados





B. Hummus sandwich- hummus, low fat chicken breast, 40 cal bread



C. Lasagna- veggies with a little bit of shredded cheese



D. ChapatiWhich one is healthier to eat for dinner?
I would say B. Lasagna has a lot of hidden calories and unless you make it with wheat pasta you get a lot of un-needed white fours which aren't the healthiest. A roly poly Sandwich, no matter what you wipe off of it is no good ha and if I knew what Chapati was I may be able to answer that too. :) Hummus is very healthy and so is chicken breast...Go with that.Which one is healthier to eat for dinner?

a has alot of fat from avacado and lasagna has alot of carbs which isn't ideal for night and i think you should have a higher calorie bread.

white bread has no nutrients for you, non beneficial and high gi which will make you gain weight soon, depending on your metabolism.Which one is healthier to eat for dinner?
