Here is what I ate today:
Brekfast: fiber one and low fat milk with a banana
lunch: turkey on wheat with a little bit of mayo and a yogurt
dinner: 5 oz lemon chicken breast with ceaser salad and a touch of dressing
snack: I did have 2 kashi chocolate peanut bars
and im munching on fruit now
what can i do? i want to loose lots of weightHow is my diet please help?
That sounds good but i would watch those fiber one %26amp; kashi bars, they have chicory root extract in them %26amp; that's an appetite stimulant (makes you hungry). You can get fiber elsewhere: from apples, veggies, oatmeal, etc. For a chocolate fix you could have a protein shake or a protein bar...there's lots of good ones out there. You may need to eat more, depending on how much you weigh now.
