What i ate today?

lunch at school:

bought chicken ceaser salad and it came with a really little tropical fruit juice box which was 60 calories o.O



track meet:

morley candy almond caramel chocolate bar, 140 calories and 10 grams of fat.





dinner:

campells chicken noodle soup

wrap made with whole wheat tortilla, fat free refried beans, and shredded cheddar and motzorella cheese with 1 packet of taco bell sauce, then i warmed it up in the microwave.



about 10 ranch wheat thins



carrots, celery, cucumbers, with dip





drinks:

alot of water

diet cranberry juice

white grape juice

1 roarin waters capri sun (35 calories per pouch)





is that too much? did i over-eat?

oh yeah, and i'm 14, 5'4, and like 120 poundsWhat i ate today?
Its all good as long you keep the choclae bar in moderation. Other than that, you haev great eating habits.What i ate today?

What happened to breakfast? It is the most important meal of the day. You need a complete fitness program with nutritional information. Being that you are just 14 years old, your weight should be the least of your worries. Your weight and height are fine for your age so quit obsessing over it. You don't need to do that at such a young age and its a shame that so many young girls are becoming more and more concerned with their image. You're still growing and your body will be going through a lot of changes in the next few years also. So until about the age of 17 will your body begin to stay the same.
You are eating very healthy... but i would limit my food for the day to 3 meals a day with only fruit as a snack, or 5 small meals a day with only no candy. Of course you could have it once in a while.What i ate today?
yeah i have to second that. anything with 10 grams of fat in it probably isn't so wonderful.



the rest is pretty healthy though. if you're working out like you said you had a track meet, i would try to sneak in an apple or granola bar in replacement for the chocolate!
