1-Wear a hair net for about a week. It pulls on your roots to make your hair grow.

2-Do not use any type of heat on your hair. Heat burns your roots so it stops growing.

3-Apple vineger makes your hair super shiny and it gets healthier, so your hair will grow faster.

4-Trim it often.

There's no proven way to make your hair grow faster other than prenatal vitamins. A lot of women swear that their hair grew fast while they were pregnant and were taking it.

Aside from that, there's nothing you can really do. Get your ends clipped regularly, about every 6 weeks. You might not think getting your hair cut will make your hair grow, because it won't. What it will do is stop hair breakage and split ends from forming which will cause your hair to shed.

You just have to wait it out and drink plenty of water. That's the only thing you can really do.I need my hair to grow really fast.?
Theres no proven way to speed up growth of your hair, unfortunately.

Some people say horse shmpoo and conditioner makes your hair grow. You could also try :beautiful Lengths" by Pantene. THese product WONT make your hair grow but they will keep your hair STRONG so there's no breakage, meaning you keep more of your hair as it grows, which is all you can do really.
There is no way possible to grow hair faster. No proven way, Which includes Biotin, Prenatal vitamins and 'horse' shampoo.

Split ends do help hair grow better. Split ends cause breakage, Unlike what one person on here trys to tell you(Breakage on the bottom..Doesn't even make sense.) The split in the hair will continue to go up the hair strand, eventually weakening and breaking off at ANY Length.
