Why am I not losing weight?

I weigh 135 pounds and I'm 5 foot, I'd like to lose at least 10-15 pounds because I am a little overweight.

In August I joined a gym and have been going 4-5 days a week, burning at least 500 calories on the elliptical or doing Zumba for an hour (it gets my heart rate up, I get a real work out from it. I love it)

Then(with no results) in October I stopped eating carbs (basically the bottom of the food pyramid, no rice, pasta, breads, etc) The scale number didn't change. I feel so hopeless. I've been trying to eat more fruits and veggies and there are still no results, if anything I've gained weight. I'm literally crying my eyes out right now, I'm so frustrated, I feel like I'm doing everything I'm supposed to, and I'm about to call it quits..

What am I doing wrong?!

Breakfast; normally nothing... I have been trying to change that, either with a smoothie or a banana, I'm generally not hungry in the morning.

Lunch; I do not eat lunch until 2:30, and it's normally a salad with a little bit of Ceaser dressing

Dinner; Steamed veggies or something along those lines...

I normally eat nuts for snacks or fruit
