I'm 13 and a girl. My weight is normal, but tonight I'm going to a concert and I'm going to have some treats maybe (like chicken fingers and ice cream haha) so I'm trying to save room.
Breakfast: frosted mini wheats in skim milk (about 270 calories)
Lunch: I ordered a grilled chicken ceaser wrap from Nathan's and ate just a little less than half of it. Dont know how many calories that is
So can I eat whatever at the concert?Am I eating okay today so far?
You're only 13, you can eat what you want! Of course with limits, but if you eat healthy normally there shouldn't be a problem. In fact eating "bad" sometimes is actually beneficial to your metabolism,Am I eating okay today so far?
