How many calories is this so far? Should I just eat a little dinner if I ate this much?

Breakfast: frosted mini wheats with skim milk (that I believe was 270)

Lunch: chicken ceaser wrap and a roll . The wrap was wheat and it had light dressing, and I took a lot of the chicken out. It was from an Italian restaurant

Snack: slice of a nestle cookie cake

For dinner I'm going to be eating chicken and broccoli at a chinese restaurant. I'm 13, (girl) 5'4 and 120 pounds. Did I eat too much?How many calories is this so far? Should I just eat a little dinner if I ate this much?
Don't worry about being a precision calorie counter at your age...it's much more important that you focus on making healthy decisions throughout the day (such as your wheat wrap and chicken-and-broccoli) rather than calories. This is the one time in your life where it's recommended to err on the side of more calories, especially because you are probably going to still be growing (and if not, at least your body will be changing and adapting through puberty) and your body needs those calories to facilitate those changes.



So, in the future, if you feel like you ate too much, don't worry about not eating dinner, but rather focus on making each next meal reasonably healthy and reasonably portioned.How many calories is this so far? Should I just eat a little dinner if I ate this much?
