Im a girl on a diet. do you think i ate too much or too little today ?

Breakfast: wasn't very hungry, had one apple slice (10 calories?)



Lunch: freezie (50 calories)



Dinner: 1 cup ceaser salad (113 calories)



Potato wedges (95 calories)



Total: 268



i've really been trying to cut down lately on calories, i work out as well. did i not eat nearly enough ??Im a girl on a diet. do you think i ate too much or too little today ?

That's a crash diet and you will crash. Too many times people are not dieting correctly and their health gets compromise trying to lose weight.
