can i loose 35-40 pounds in a little over two motnhs if i eat:
breakfast- egg w/ half grapefruit
lunch-ricecake w/ peanutbutter and half a bananna
dinner- chicken ceaser salad w/ corn
snacks- 3 apples a day
and i excerse cardio 3 hours a day?
also could i maintain this weight if i always eat healthy?Please answer..can i loose weight this way?
You need to eat 1700-2000 calories a day.I am not sure if this will suffice( but it may)..and I'd say change up the menu every so often otherwise you will get bored. Good luck.
Actually I am not entirely sure of how many calories it really is..It might be 1200-2000..I really think it depends on your Body fat percent and how much you weigh how tall you are etc.Please answer..can i loose weight this way?
ya for sure but don't forget to drink plenty of water its a natural suppresant and helps you to feel fuller. plus it cleans out toxins.

i bet you can. But i would not suggest ceasar salads. They are killers when it comes to major calories and fat contents. Try something with a dressing that is a lot lighter. Vinnegrettes. Also try to not eat the same thing. Change it up a bit so you dont get bored. You dont want your body to get used to it also..

yes u can.. but add a bit more protein.... this way u still stay strong.... not too bad at all
add 2 more protein serverings... eggwhites, chicken, etc

im doing the same thing..trying to lose the same amount of weight by the end of summer
instead of timing yourself with cardio, RUN. its good for everything, and not on a tredmill. outside. run as much as you can, and go a little further everyday. i am up to 1 1/2 miles :) i'll tell you what i do:
eat something small when i wake up
occupy myself until dinner
eat small amount of dinner
run as much as i can (or play tennis or something)
have a piece of fruit if im REALLY hungry
drink A LOT of water
i'll tell you what your doing wrong:
first, if you plan on drinking soda, even diet, DONT. diet is proven to also be bad because of the sugar
breakfast: the grapefruit is good, as long as there is ZERO sugar. grapefruit is a fatburner, UNLESS you put sugar, which is a fatgainer (haha). the egg yellows are good, but the whites are bad: ANYTHING white (white rice, sugar, etc.) is horrible for you!
lunch: ricecakes you will get bored of. i tried to eat oNLY that for 2 weeks, and it did nOT work. peanutbutter is bad for you, unless you get the lowfat..and the banana is good
dinner: try a salad with a little bit of fat free dressing..or none. the chicken on the salad is HORRIBLE for you, and the ceaser dressing is probably the worst mistake people make, because it is horrible for you. corn is good if it has no butter
here, i'll make up a plan for you:
breakfast: grapefruit with no sugar, and a wholewheat english muffin with nothing on it- mornning carbs are a NO
lunch: try to skip if you can, but if not, just have a piece of fruit
dinner: small portions of anything healthy
snacks: apples can add up,too. try one apple and an orange
If you maintain your current diet and exercise an additional 3 hours per day you will loose 2-3 lbs per week. Figure that you will be burning an extra 600-800 calories a day. If you cut your calorie intake by only 500 calories that will be an extra lb. per week. I lost 70 lbs in about 6 months by exercising 1.5 to 2 hours a day and cutting my intake from around 2500-3000 calories to about 1700-2000. It was pretty easy. I have kept the weight off by exercising four or five days a week for an hour or so. The downside is the more weight you loose the more calories you have to cut or increase your cardio to burn more.
