I would say the best trainer is you. You can train your puppy to listen to you and it will be a lot better because YOU live with it and it has a closer relationship to you as well as it trusts you. I would go take classes at like petco or petsmart if you have one there. Also, sometimes your police squad has a dog police squad and they have trainers that train their dogs. They usually will train other dogs and are really great. They will come to your house or you can go to them. Eitherway, they provide great training like basic sit stay come to attack or bark or guard. It usually runs around $100-$200 a day depending on were you live from the person and how much training and time it takes. I think the stores offer cheaper training or it may even be free. I'll post a link below... but you might also check what's going on in Golden Gate State Park. It seems like they have a lot of activities, and might offer some puppy training. Also, many pet stores offer Puppy training classes, so check with the pet store closest to you.
