I know this maybe a long question to ask. But in my Biology class we have this project where we have to compare (sketch too) a plant cell to the functions of a building. I am having trouble coming up with good solid definitions for the exact functions of the parts in the cell. And im having trouble with what i should compare them to.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also the building I am doing is a Little Ceasers, because my mom has floor plans for her building... and they put in a LC. But yeah. THANKS SOO MUCH!
Example: The nucleus could be the fridge... IDK!I need help with my science project.?
Nucleus = bosses office
Vacuole = storage room
Cell wall = the walls of the building
Cell membrane = insulation in the walls
Mitochondrion = the power outlet
Chloroplast = solar panels on roof
rough endoplasmic reticulum = oven
smooth endoplasmic reticulum = spice rack
Nuclear envelope = walls in bosses room
Golgi Apparatus = packaging pizza
Lysosomes (forgot if there in plant cells) = toilet or clean up crew
hope this helps
