what is a good plan to loose man boobs? i hate tuna/ turkey/ chicken/ all the other foods. i like chicken and pizza mostly, and i usually eat cereal with a pop tart in the morning with OJ and take a vitaman. for lunch i eat chips, and yogurt with a high c, and for dinner, i usually eat pizza, or chicken. a lot of times, i eat out for dinner like little ceasers, and burger king chicken.

I would stop eating pizza, or just not have as much. If you like to go out, get the grilled chicken sandwich without fries with a water. You could also get skim or 2% milk, because whole milk has quite a bit of fat and sugar.



Doing push-ups are a great and easy way to get rid of man boobs. Try varying the way you do them as well. Like try doing the "60 sec" push-up, where you slowly let your self go down to the floor for 30 seconds and then come all the way back up in 30 seconds. Try to do at least 100 a day, doing 20 at a time.
