Job Question?

Okay so I worked at a little ceasers for about a week.. which was the last week of june. Since then I thought they would mail me my paycheck, but they havent. I had direct deposit, but no money got deposited in my last billing cycle. I called them today, and they said the manager wont be in until september. When I asked about my paycheck, they said it wasnt there. Is there any way she could have locked my paycheck up somwhere? Would they have paid me by check? By then would the check even be good anymore, after around 3 months? What should I do?Job Question?
Call again and tell them if you don't have it in a week, you'll call the state labor department and report it. It's August - you should have your check by now.



If you don't get it, go to your state website to find a phone number for the state dept of labor.Job Question?
You should call them again, and ask for the manager's home phone # and call him/her at home. If you don't get a satisfactory answer, then call your state's labor board and tell them what's going on.
