So again i made a question about 1 week ago telling you guys my routine... but now i have a quesiton.
This past week (last monday) i did my routine... but for the weekend i...
Friday: Did nothing, sit on the computer
Saturday: Ate about 3 slices of pizza and 3 breadsticks from little ceasers. (BUT! I danced and raved for about 4 hours, which counts as exercise right?)
Sunday: Did nothing, sit on the computer.
I do nothing on the weekends but party and smoke pot, roll on ecstasy, or do acid. Althought i do alot of exercise during the week, i feel no "strain" or pain in my muscle like to tell me that "hey, its working!" Will i still grow my muscle? (if your wondering how much pot i smoke, its about 10 bowls)
what could this be ?Will this affect my exercise?!?
