Did I eat alot? or unhealthy?

Today for breakfast I ate

1 egg salad sandwich in a burger bun aprox 300 cals

with 1 banana Im guessing 100 cal and 1 glass of milk 200 cal



all together 600 cal



for lunch I had a bowl of rice and beans

Im guessing it was probably 500 cal

I had it with a few sips of 0 calorie sportdrinks

and 1 bottle of water



all together 500 cal



then I had yogurt and a banana about 300 cal



after that I had a 1 slice of pizza from little ceasers

150 calories and some yogurt and another banana about 300

with 1 glass of milk 200



all together 750 calories



now Im just having more water..



all together my calories consumed were about 1850

Im trying to stick to a diet of 1600

I feel like I ate to much??

was this ok for today??

an what can I do to make it better?Did I eat alot? or unhealthy?
Wow, that stuff sounds delicious, I live off of PBJ and oatmeal because of how expensive food is. It all looked good, obviously the pizza can't be a regular thing.



Anyway calories consumed should depend on calories burned. You didn't eat to much if you expended 1850 calories. If you break even in a day you won't gain wait, if you are trying to loose wait, you'll have to burn more then you consume. You can burn a lot of calories by having fun, I suggest trying that.Did I eat alot? or unhealthy?
0 calorie sports drinks are bad for you, calories is NOTHINGGGGGG!

You ate very well and there's nothing wrong about what you ate... The only thing you should worry about is the Trans Fats and the Saturated Fats..



About the sports drinks.. Sports drinks have a lot of sodium which can make you bloated if you drink it once a day everyday, also.. Too much sodium can cause Kidney Stones!Did I eat alot? or unhealthy?
id say you at a pretty good meal and if it is for one day it dosnt matter just be happy that you ate but if you are sad that you ate alot just do a 30 minute run on the treadmill at like 5 or 6 speed or somewhere near that and itll be goneDid I eat alot? or unhealthy?

but unless you looked it up i would think the slice of little ceasers pizza would be more like 350ish
