Ok today I didnt eat bad, But I ate too much of the HEalthy stuff. I ate too much Mozzerella cheese. I made homemade whole wheat pasta, as an alternate to Little Ceasers pizza my mom bought for the family ( and since no one else likes to eat healthy and are very unappreciative I kinda had too much). I also ate alot of peanut butter and even more mozzerella cheese. What can I do, besides drinking water, to I guess make up. Because my cheat meal was yesturday....:(I didnt eat bad, But I ate too much of healthy stuff....?
Oh man. It happens to everyone. Just think that you'll get back on track tomorow. That's all I can say cause that's all i say to myself. Gosh my family is like that too. They don't like my healthy cooking its so hard to get them to like something! and I bet your pizza was great! Just think about how you'll undo today tomorow. First of all Mozzarella Cheese isn't one of the best things to eat if you're trying to "eat healthy", I'd recommend eating it in small portions so that you're not taking in too many calories / fat. I'm not sure if this question is related to losing weight or not, so I'll say two things.
You can make up for any calories or fat that you want to burn off by drinking water, exercising, and counting your daily calorie intake. As for eating shooting for low carbs along with a lower than usual calorie intake will help you burn unwanted pounds very quickly.
If you just want to eat healthy and aren't concerned with weight, don't forget about the food pyramid! Include a large variety of colors in your diet such as green, yellow, orange, red, white, etc, these pigments may indicate many different health benefits, and shoot for your essential amino acids, these also do wonders for the body.
