its a West Highland Terrier but as I have told others who asked this same question, this dog only looks that way cause its groomed that way. most Westies dont look like that unless professionally groomed. Yea its a 'West Highland Terrier' aka Westie ... like someone else said they do need to be groomed to look so cute and fluffy and need hairdressing trips ... my other halfs grandparents have to of them, and they are pretty scuffy looking ... also their white fur goes brownish round their mouth and eyes if they don't go to a poochie parlor ... or are bathed!! lol
