Salads and vegetables are both excellent.
When preparing a salad try to avoid high calorie dressings - try sprinkling with apple cider vinegar or a fat-free dressing. Use as many ingredients as you can - tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, lettuce, grated carrot, spring onions (salad onions), radishes etc. You can get a low-fat coleslaw as well from the site below.
For stir-fried veggies use only a tiny amount of oil - preferably a good olive oil and cook carrots, broccoli, shredded cabbage, courgettes, onions, mushrooms, radishes, beansprouts - in fact anything you can think of and any amount. You can even sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Get as much variety as possible to get a healthy balance of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients which your body needs for healthy weight loss.Which vegetables are best for me? Please help me out!? 
salad is the best. but soups, cruchy cooked, steamed are fine too. you can also juice them and have. infact tomatoes and carrots get better with cooking. try to have 900 gms of veggies day. remeber peas, potaotes and corn come in the carb category.
