i went to a Little Ceasers and the girl behind me was not wearing any shoes or socks, completely barefoot. I totally lost my appetite.Would this be a health violation?
Yes that is definitely a health violation, no matter what state you live in. In any place that serves food, the employees are not even supposed to wear open toe shoes. Even the CUSTOMERS must have shoes on to enter the establishment, unless it is a food stand on the beach or something.Would this be a health violation?
Little Caesars don't have dine in seating, they are carry out only, or at least they don't around here. So, no health code violation.
It would be a health code violation for anyone working there to be barefoot.
Personally, I don't get what being barefoot has to do with appetite. Ever been to a picnic at the beach???
