I have many symptoms can you help?

I am 35 female. I am about 185 lbs. my bp is usually about 120/70. I do not have a fatty diet. Never junk food or fast food. Maybe a $5 pizza from little ceasers once a month, in which I never get more than 2 slices out of before the kids inhale it. Our fav in this house is raw veggie like salads. I have no insurance or $ so to see a doctor is not really possible. These have been going on for several years. For the last 4 days my chest has been tight. I can not do more than 45 minutes of hard work or I get extremely tired, dizzy and I will vomit. I loose my breath. I have had severe sharp pain under and in my left breast where I can not breath deeply in or out. then as suddenly as it comes it will go away. I get pain in my left arm as it feels like my vain is contracting. I even get a sharp pain behind my left ear as if someone is stabbing a pencil and twisting it. I have coughed up pink foam on 3 occasions. Last winter I shoveled about 20 feet of side walk, until my arm was hurting and i was vomiting so I cam inside to the warmth. As soon as I started to breathe in the warm air it felt as if my breath was taking away. I couldn't breath and I started to vomit again. I have had several panic attacks. I am just tired of being tired. I feel like I can't work a "real" job because I am tired most of the time. After an hour of easy cleaning (my sideline) I am whipped out. I don't know what I would do if my clients were messy people.I have many symptoms can you help?
First I was thinking possible heart murmured. But your symptoms are FARworse then a heart murmur. I would suggest that you go to a woman's clinic provided by the county you reside in. They help woman who don't have insurance and can't afford it get set up with a $50 visit then You pay $25 then %26amp; $25 next month or something like that. Also the medicine would be paid like that. As well. But if you have children or you take care of people you need to get seen ASAP. You could be harming the people around you.

Also try to go to webmd.com %26amp; search your symptoms

"Pink foam" sounds like there was blood involved. Whatever this is, it sounds quite serious. Get to the doctor immediately.I have many symptoms can you help?
Sounds like you had a stroke. People can walk around for days sometimes weeks after having a stroke and not realize it. Go to the hospital ASAPI have many symptoms can you help?
Some of these symptoms could be due to the cleaning products you're using on your jobs and at home. Some of them may be due to being overweight or where you carry your weight (around the midsection is the worst). Some of these symptoms could be signs of an impending stroke or heart attack so you need to move quickly.

I think you should approach the financial office of your city hospital and see if they have a program for low income people. My cousin broke her wrist and they quickly qualified her for a hospital foundation funded program where she got her care funded plus any regular checkups she needed for medical, dental, and vision on a regular basis. People usually qualify if they bring in 150 to 200 times the federal poverty level of income.

Please try this and ask for referrals to other possible programs if your city hospital doesn't have this. Many churches and other organizations run free clinics, too. Keep trying and you'll get hooked up with one. Don't wait until you have a heart attack or stroke. Good luck!! : {
